Terms and Conditions

By placing an order on this website, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). These terms outline the process, payment structure, deliverables, and other relevant details concerning the graphic design services provided by [Your Name/Company] (“Designer”).

1. Scope of Services

The Designer agrees to provide graphic design services, including but not limited to:

  • Movie Poster Design
  • Party Poster Design
  • Event Flyer / Poster Design
  • YouTube Thumbnail design
  • Logo Design
  • Social Media Post Design
  • Wishing Card Design
  • Other custom design work as agreed upon

The deliverables for each project will be discussed and confirmed with the Client before work begins.

2. Order Placement Process

  • Placing an Order: To initiate an order, the Client must fill out the project form and submit the necessary details and requirements. The Designer will review the order and confirm the project details with the Client before beginning any work.
  • Client Communication: The Designer will contact the Client to clarify any details, ask for additional information if needed, and confirm the project brief.

3. Payment Terms

  • 50% Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion, prior to the final delivery of the work.
  • Invoice and Confirmation: Upon order confirmation, the Client will receive an invoice for the 50% advance payment. The project will commence only after the advance payment is received and confirmed.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Payoneer, Bank transfer, P2P Binance Transfer, Easypaisa (Pakistani Clients Only), JazzCash (Pakistani Clients Only)(more payment methods being included shortly). Details will be provided as per agreed upon payment method. The Client will receive a detailed invoice for both the advance and the final payment.
  • Late Payment: If the final payment is not made within 7 days after the project is completed, the Designer reserves the right to withhold the final deliverables until full payment is received.

4. Project Timelines and Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Project completion time will be counted in business days/weeks from the receipt of the advance payment. The timeline may vary depending on the scope of the project and the Client’s responsiveness.
  • Revisions: The project includes 8-10 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon revisions will be charged at $5 per revision.
  • Final Delivery: Upon receipt of the final payment, the Designer will deliver the completed work in the agreed-upon formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.). Final deliverables will not be provided until full payment has been received.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Order Cancellation by Client: If the Client decides to cancel the project after the advance payment has been made and almost 10% work on the project has been completed, the 50% advance payment will be non-refundable. The Client may cancel the project before any work has begun for a full refund of the advance.
  • Order Cancellation by Designer: If the Designer cancels the project at any stage, the Client will receive a full refund of the 50% advance payment (less on any moral/ ethical grounds).
  • Refunds: Once the project has been completed and the final deliverables are approved, no refunds will be provided. Refunds will only be issued if the project is canceled before any design work begins.

6. Ownership and Copyright

  • Ownership Rights: Upon full payment, the Client will receive full ownership rights to the final design, including all the agreed-upon deliverables. However, the Designer retains the right to showcase the design in their portfolio or for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Copyright: The Client has the right to use the final design for personal or commercial purposes as per the project agreement. However, the Designer retains copyright over the raw design files and drafts used in the creation of the final product.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Provision of Materials: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, such as logos, images, brand guidelines, and other assets, in a timely manner to ensure the completion of the project as scheduled.
  • Approval and Feedback: The Client agrees to review the work and provide timely feedback or approval. Delays in providing feedback may result in a delay of the project timeline.
  • Approval of Final Design: Once the Client approves the final design, the Designer will consider the project complete. Any further changes after approval may be subject to additional charges.

8. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The Designer agrees to keep the Client’s information confidential and will not share any project details, materials, or business information without prior consent from the Client. The Client also agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared by the Designer.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Designer’s liability for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the project is limited to the total value of the contract. The Designer is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages that may arise during or after the project.

10. Amendments to Terms

The Designer reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client, and the updated terms will apply to future orders.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Any amendments or exceptions to these terms must be agreed upon in writing.
